🔬The Genetics, Biotechnology, and Seed Science Unit is thrilled to announce the call for applications for ORPHAN (Mobility of high skilled scientists and entrepreneurs on orphan crops in higher education for accelerated solutions to climate change in Africa) mobility project to support 12 PhDs and 16 Masters in plant breeding, food technology, and nutrition for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Join the first cohort of beneficiaries of the ORPHAN project funded by the European Union and coordinated by the Université Nangui Abrogoua (UNA) in Côte d’Ivoire in collaboration with the Université d’Abomey-Calavi (UAC) in Benin, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Kenya, Ebonyi State University (EBSU) in Nigeria, University of Zimbabwe (UZ) in Zimbabwe, and Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium 🌍
