INTRODUCTION
Corn (Zea mays L.) is a monoecious, annual herbaceous plant of the Poaceae family. It is native to
America and today present on all continents. It represents approximately 75% of world cereal production
. The species is highly appreciated for its multiple nutritional values and is consumed in several forms. In Benin, its production takes place throughout the national territory. This document proposes a simple technique for sustainable production of yellow corn.
